Class Terms and Conditions
This is a block booking.
If you are unable to attend a class I will endeavor to swap you into an alternative or give you access to a recording if you request to have one instead.
Term time classes are a block booking payable in advance and cannot be carried over into the next block and cannot be reimbursed.
One to One or small group sessions are available on request.

Pilates 1:1 via zoom: 3/4 hr=£42 or 1hr= £50
Pilates 1:1 in Studio 1hr £55 dependent on location
Sup Pilates sessions at Weston Turville Reservoir bookable on Chiltern Canoe club website £18/session

Payment & Terms
Payment for the block or class via bacs is required beforehand to secure your place. The privacy policy must be read and the online questionnaire below must also be completed and returned to elaine.macwhirter@gmail.com prior to starting.
All classes are 1 hour duration unless stated otherwise.
You will be advised beforehand if equipment is required.
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
Classes are blocked booked. If you can’t make your class you will be given the opportunity to attend another class in that term or have access to a pre-recorded class.
Payments cannot be carried over to the next term.

If you are recovering from injury or new to pilates you may wish to have some individual instruction or share a session with a friend.

Payment
Cash and cheque payments to be made at time of appointment.
Halton Physiotherapy Clinic is recognised by most major insurance companies. Please notify them prior to your initial consultation with the name of the clinic and therapist. You will need to bring your membership details, authorisation code and any excess relating to your policy with you.
